Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right next to a famous monument, which provided stunning views from our room. The service we received from the staff was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also had soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
The staff in the bar seemed to be a bit inexperienced, as the service was a bit inconsistent. the hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, and we would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Astana. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the central square and very close to the Bayterek tower, offering a great view. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more fun. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a awesome breakfast with a wide variety of options. we found convenient parking and transportation options available.
